Dear parents,
I cannot believe that this shall be the final message (post number 210 actually) I’m posting this scholastic year on our blog!
Wow, what a year! We have covered a lot of material and participated in some fun and exciting projects too. We started to develop skills needed for Year 2 too. It seems just like yesterday when your children have come to our classroom in September…since that day they’ve grown so much!
Now the weather is getting warmer and warmer and the children are excited since school year has come to an end. In my opinion it was a great year of learning.
A special and big THANK YOU goes to you parents who have always co-operated and supported me thus making my teaching such a pleasurable one this year.
May you enjoy your feast and have a safe Summer. Do not forget that the children need to revise their work and read plenty of books! 🙂
Hope you liked the small gift I’ve prepared for them to keep as a memory of their scholastic year with us in Year 1 as a SUNFLOWER. 😉
God bless your families and take care. Hope you’ll keep in touch. Don’t hesitate to contact me should you need to. See you next Autumn!
Regards
Ms Claudine (and Ms Ruth)

Dear Ms. Claudine and Ms Ruth
A big thank you and a big hug goes to you both for all your dedication and hard work throughout this scholastic year. As Andrea’s parents we want to tell you how much we appreciate all that you have done for our son; I look back and say to myself that in around 8 months our kids have been given the preliminary tools to read, and, they have reinforced their writing. Furthermore, they have been taught so much about grammar. This is to mention just a little of what you have taught them; we ought to mention too the projects you have done, outings, activities, talks on healthy eating etc. and also your own ideas and knowledge which help them grow and direct them to their future. I feel that much has been done to give these kids a holistic education ……. every little bit counts to the moulding of their personality and character.
Once again ….. loads of thanks. We wish you a great summer and a truly deserved break 🙂

Dear Mr and Mrs Ciappara, a smooth transition from Kinder to Year 1 is important. Obviously it was a success since we worked hand in hand together for the children’s own good. Hugs and kisses to Andrea and all the littles ones in my class. 🙂 Ms Claudine
